Whether you choose to support Sunday Afternoon Live by sponsoring the season, a specific production, or one of our popular educational or artistic programs, sound, lights or staging, know that you are helping to ensure the ongoing viability of Sunday Afternoon Live.
With more people going to performances each year, one of the greatest benefits of sponsorship is the opportunity to get your name in front of the crowd, keeping your company or organization name fresh in people’s minds and showing your civic generosity and good citizenship (as well as your great taste in theater!).
The generosity of our sponsors makes so much possible for Sunday Afternoon Live productions and we will gladly tailor donor benefits to meet your needs. Community support through sponsorship is the greatest gift to those in our area who have come to depend on SAL for solid, quality entertainment.
Sponsorship levels
Production Sponsorship: $250
Provides partial sound needs for a concert.
Business or personal name listed on season brochure, tickets,
programs, and news articles.Introduction at concert, if desired.
Choice of concert from concerts available.
Two complimentary tickets & reserved seats for concert.
Name included on Historical Compilation of Sponsors and Performers.
Concert Sponsorship: $500
Same as Production Sponsorship, plus:
Business or personal name prominently listed on season brochure, tickets, programs, news, and advertising materials.
Concerts may have more than one $500 sponsorship.
Premier Concert Sponsorship: $1,000 or above
Same as Concert Sponsorship, plus:
Premier Sponsorship of a concert featuring performers of unusual quality. There may be more than one Premier Sponsor.
Season Sustaining Sponsor: $1,000 or above annually
Funds used for continuing operations throughout the season.
Name listed as Sustaining Sponsor on printed materials throughout the season.
Two name badges which serve as season tickets.
Certificate of Recognition of season sponsorship presented at a selected concert during the season.
Educational Sponsor for outreach programs or assemblies: $250
Business or personal name listed on Season Brochure, tickets,
programs, posters and in news articles.Choice of concert from concerts available.
Two reserved seats at outreach program.
Season Sustaining Educational Sponsor for outreach programs or assemblies: $1,000
Business or personal name listed on Season Brochure, tickets,
programs, posters and in news articles.
Choice of concert from concerts available.
Two reserved seats at outreach program.
Sunday Afternoon Live will provide news media with sponsorship information but cannot control what will be printed.
Receipt will be provided for IRS purposes.
Sponsors who choose to lend their support anonymously will be acknowledged as “Friend of SAL.”
